Day 6:Playing with the kids...

I'm so excited I can hardly think what to post. The phone conversations are short and overlapping...i just try to be quiet and listen... and here's what i got from today!

They went this morning to meet the kids. This is Roger's first time meeting them! They lined up 7 families and brought the kids out to each family and it was a "best case scenario"! They said they had a blast playing with Netsanet and Sahara all day. It's 5:30pm there as I'm writing to you at 9:30am here. They are back at the guest house and had to leave the kids at the transition center until in the morning. It's at that time they will go and pick them up for good! A family of four! They are trying right now to get online to send us some pictures and video. Please pray it works!

"....pray continually;give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.Do not put out the Spirit's fire..." 1 Thessalonians 5:17-19

WooooHoooo! Praise God! Today is the day that two become four!!! Today is the day that prayers are answered! Today is the day that blessings are made for!
May God grant you all a day of miracles, of bonding, of joy....hmmm, 'so that Christ's joy might be made complete through you'.
Today is the day that the blending of two cultures creates the most beautiful picture of God's love.
I pray that you all will have a fantastic day. I pray for you, Blake that you might witness true love and at the same time be a witness of that same love to others. I pray you Roger, that 'Dad' is the dearest name you will ever have and that you will be completely at peace knowing that God's hand was there when your children were born and the plan is coming into fruition. May the bonding experience be the sweetest joy in your heart. Your children are fortunate to have you to help lead them through this life. And you, Mimi, my heart leaps with joy...from one mom to another, Saraha and Netsanet are at home in your arms, your faithfulness is the kind spoken about in the Bible, and your future is all God's plan. I pray for protection, for peace, for miracles, and for Christ's joy to be made complete through the three of you.......wait...I mean the five of you!!!!!!
enjoy the journey!
love, Judy
